MATERIALS - THE TANGIBLE
Training is an intangible service, so the tangible products that come with training, need to be second to none for ‘open learning’. At Kristal Oak we have searched the entire world for the finest course materials available. We use a variety of materials from a range of suppliers, to suit differing needs.

Since the beginning, Kristal Oak has always prided itself on being Northern Ireland’s foremost authority on customised tailored training. With this in mind, if we do not have an ‘off the shelf’ course for an organisation, we can tailor almost any course to suit a need. Some of Kristal Oak’s course material manufacturers would include;

We use Element K materials mainly. This is the largest manual writing company in the world. Their materials are expensive but excellent. This is particularly important, as one of the most important factors regarding software training, are the comprehensive materials, that can be used during the day and then for “open learning”, back at the office.

We feel, that materials should be able to take a delegate very easily through a course, even a few years after their course event.
