Phase
One - Training Needs Analysis
We recognise, the paramount importance of assessing
an organisation and individual’s training
requirements. Therefore, a Training Consultant
can assess the IT requirements using Training
Needs Analysis (TNA) skills and Course Outlines. A report comprising of TNA results and training
schedules can be forwarded to the Training Development
Officer (TDO) for sanctioning. At this
point, customised tailored training may be
organised.
Phase Two - Training
Order
After agreement on a training schedule, joining
instructions are sent out to each delegate, stating
the course title, dates and venue. Pre-course
questionnaires may be sent also, to reassess each
delegate’s requirements, as some time may
have elapsed from the TNA to training stage.
Phase Three -
Training Event and Examinations
The course shall be delivered by one of our accredited
trainers in an instructor led fashion, after which,
course overviews are given and course evaluations
are taken. Afterwards, the delegate shall retain
their course material (specifically designed for
further open learning), together with relevant
data disks and certificate. At the end of the
course a delegate may be booked for an examination. Depending on the subject matter, we operate both
on-line and manual testing procedures.
Phase Four -
Post Training Technical Support
Delegates need reinforcement in the form of software
support, when they return to the workplace, so
with every training event we provide the delegate
with free software support for one month.
Phase Five -
Post Training Assessment, Analysis and Support
Knowing that skills must be maintained, each delegate
should attend regular ongoing training and assessment
sessions. Here, delegates shall undergo a course
overview and recap, to prepare them for a practical
skills assessment. Students are then given
the opportunity to pinpoint areas where
additional training is required.
To complete the training lifecycle, a
detailed report wil be forwarded to the TDO,
with each delegate receiving his or her own
individual copy.
