CATERING AT IT’S BEST
At Kristal Oak, we always endeavour to make your stay
with us an enjoyable and memorable one and we have
always believed that catering is a very important
factor.
Whether at our office training facilities, or at
one of our satellite facilities, when the training
delegates arrive they are what we would like to call
“pampered” for the day. Instead of being
directed to a large basic canteen, our delegates are
attended in quiet secluded surroundings. They are
treated to coffee breaks in luxury from the Denby
cup in their hand, to the freshly made scones, still
warm from the oven with clotted cream and preserve.
For lunch we can bring catering in if necessary,
but we usually like to take our delegates out to a
local restaurant. One example is the Cultra Inn, in
the grounds of the 5 Star Culloden Hotel. Here they
can enjoy a scrumptious complimentary lunch in relaxed,
ambient surroundings. This is all a ploy of course
as we are really trying to make sure that our delegates
make avail of some “Quiet Time”, keeping
them fresh for the afternoon’s class. An example
of our lunch menu includes;
Soup of the day with sandwich selection
with salad garnish
Baked potato with choice of fillings all served with
salad
Open salad sandwich on wheaten bread
Cultra cheeseburger with chips
Goujons of chicken with cajun wedges or chips and
sweet & sour dip
Thai chicken tenders with chips and dip
Traditional irish stew
Stilton & Broccoli quiche with salad
Bell pepper quiche with salad
Sausages, cheesy champ & bacon
Giant yorkshire pudding with beef & guinness gravy
& champ
