The
vision of our Managing Director, Mr Jason
Paul, was to establish Kristal Oak Consultancy to
bring corporate style training, designed and tailored
to meet the individual needs of all users of Information
Technology. Quality,
value for money and attention to detail coupled
with an excellent backup support service, are attributes
paramount to the company.
After
being presented an award at the Shell Livewire Business
Awards ceremony, he stated to the Ulster
Business magazine “It has always been
my vision that, if the service we provide were compared
to that of a motor vehicle, then it would be a hand
built high precision vehicle made by a small select
group.”
Jason added “Retention
of staff is a key issue for every organisation.
Bespoke training is extremely important as it ensures
that they remain motivated, valued and highly skilled”
Since
1995, Jason Paul,a Graduate of the University of
Ulster, has developed the company into a
major player, in the provision of technical and
end user training in Northern Ireland.
Kristal
Oak has become well renowned in the industry for
providing quality training, partnered with
leading software organisations such as Microsoft,
Lotus, Autodesk, Oracle and Citrix and also one
of the leading examination centres for Prometric,
ECDL, MOS Testing.
